Congratulations to our new Freeman

Congratulations to The Very Reverend Dr Mark Oakley who today became a Freeman of the Company.

Mark is pictured with Master Vintner Ann Hill JP, as well as (from left) Renter Warden Ian Harris MBE, Upper Warden Richard Wilson MBE VR DL and Swan Warden James Handford MW.

Mark has loyally served the Company as Chaplain for 15 years, including as an active member of the Vintners' Foundation Committee. This is in spite of his many other responsibilities, including as Dean of Southwark.

We are thrilled that now he can also call himself a Vintner!
