Vintners' Hall provides a wonderful venue for your special event in the City of London.

From an intimate private dinner or lunch in the fabulous Court room or Gassiot room to a full white tie banquet in the spectacular Livery Hall.   Conferences, seminars, wine tastings, exhibitions, weddings and memorial services can all be arranged and tailored to suit your every need.

The Livery Hall

The original meeting place for members of the Company and very much the centrepiece of Vintners’ Hall. Ideally suited to larger dinners, banquets, receptions and conferences.

The Court Room

The Court room is one of the oldest continuously used meetings rooms in the City of London. Ideal for intimate lunches and dinners up to 50 people.

The Drawing Room

An excellent room for pre-dinner receptions, smaller lunches and dinners. Containing some wonderful artefacts from the Company’s history including the original Royal Charter.

The Gassiot Room

Named after Charles Gassiot (Master Vintner 1894) and ideal for committee meeting , lunches and dinners or as an over-spill for larger events in the main Livery hall.

The Swan Room

This room, like the Gassiot room, is part of the 1990s redevelopment and is in recognition of the Company’s association with swans. It is designed to have an ‘outdoor’ feel and is often used for smaller wine tastings or committee meetings.

The Boardroom

Situated on the third floor of what is now Five Kings House, adjacent to the Hall. Designed as a meeting room in the neoclassical style, although it includes some baroque elements. A classic room for more formal meetings but also available for lunches and dinners.

The Roof Garden

If you are booking the Boardroom for your lunch or dinner, you may wish to use the Roof Garden for your reception drinks. The garden provides spectacular views over the City of London

The Business Suite

The Business was opened in January 2014. This is an ideal space for someone looking to hold meetings in the City for up to 5 people.

Bedrooms at Vintners’ Hall

We have a number of very comfortable bedrooms available for your overnight accommodation if you are attending an event at Vintners’ Hall or elsewhere in the City. These rooms are available to members of Livery Companies and their guests, together with members of other traditional clubs and City organisations. The bedrooms provide the ideal, stress free finale to a wonderful evening at Vintners’ Hall.
