Congratulation to the new Masters of Wine

Congratulations to the four new Masters of Wine who were recognised at yesterday’s Institute of Masters of Wine Awards Ceremony at Vintner’s Hall. This ceremony celebrates the inauguration of the new Masters of Wine (MW) and recognises individual excellence in areas of the MW examination - the highest qualification in wine education today across the globe. Today there are 414 Masters of Wine working in 31 countries.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, the Master said:

"I have always had the highest regard for your dedication, hard work and achievements. The impact today of those letters 'M' and 'W' have as much, if not more clout and respect in the wine trade and way beyond around the world than they ever did. Many congratulations to you all."
