Street Elite Academy is a youth development initiative. It uses sport and mentoring to motivate young people at risk of falling out of the education system. The young people learn lessons in teamwork to build their confidence, self-esteem and aspirations. The programme is delivered during the school calendar year for a twelve week period.
Street Elite Intervention is a ‘training for work’ initiative that uses sport, mentoring and youth engagement to inspire and motivate young people who are currently not in education, employment or training (NEET). So far, after 6 years, 74% of participants have successfully moved into education or employment.
